Waiver and discounts

INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION is an open-access journal, so after acceptance, article processing charges (APCs) must be paid. The journal developed a clear waiver policy to assist researchers who are unable to cover some or all of the publishing charges. The waiver policy takes into consideration the economic situation of the author's country of origin and also offers a reduction in APCs for authors from low-income countries.

Category 1For authors from low-income nations, the journal completely waives manuscript processing fees.
Category 2In addition, the journal offers a 30% discount on manuscript processing fees in the event that the author(s) of an article lacks the resources necessary to pay these fees. In order to prove their allegation that they lack adequate funds, the writers must present the proper documentation (such as a signed letter from the head of the institution). The validity of the evidence the author submits to the journal determines whether to grant or deny the waiver request. Each application for a waiver may be approved or denied by the journal.
Category 3To qualify for the 20% discount in APC, editors and reviewers must have handled at least five manuscripts in a calendar year, and their waiver application must be approved by the journal.
Requests made after acceptance or during the review process won't be taken into consideration. Instead, please make your waiver or discount request at the time of submission.
Please send your waiver requests to [IJPR mail].
