Complaints and appeals

The editor or publisher of the journal may be contacted with complaints or appeals by email at editor@psychosocial.com or through the form available on the contact us page. The publisher will give each complaint a special complaint number. For additional follow-up, authors and readers can use the complaint numbers.

Please send an email to the editor at editor@psychosocial.com if you do not hear back from your complaint within 48 hours or if you are dissatisfied with the response. In any subsequent communications, kindly include your specific complaint number.
