Abstract:

The article states that ensuring human rights in a globalized world has become a special issue, and today it helps to recognize the priority of international law in interstate and international relations. At the same time, the author wrote with concern that in real life, especially in some democracies, the interests of the state will take precedence over the interests of man, which will lead to the creation of discriminatory human rights systems. The article also describes some optimization processes in this area and the possibility of implementing the principles of human rights.
