This research was conducted in the Welding Section of PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor Tambun II with a sample of 84 workers. Random sampling technique. The analysis used chi square statistical test with 95% CI (α = 0.05). The results showed that there was no relationship between years of service (p = 0.789, PR = 1.073), attitudes (p = 0.206, PR = 1,173) with the behavior of using PPE. On the other hand, research showed a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.002, PR = 1.538), supervision (p = 0.001, PR = 1.875) with PPE usage behavior.
