Abstract:

The main objective of this empirical study explores the differences between employee engagement and job satisfaction. This paper aims to present a structure and techniques to detain and assess the behaviors and activities. It helps to drive the employee engagement level in organization. This study mainly focuses on two factors. It’s identifying that portentous of high or low employee engagement. At an end result employee is completely and radically (p=0.001) attained to the level of satisfaction enhance and professed by the economic measures. Employee satisfaction and employee engagement are mutually decisive to maintaining an optimistic and dynamic workforce. Without engagement achieving satisfaction will have less drastically impact on business consequences. The conclusion of preceding studies is integrated in an overall representation that can be used to expand work engagement by innovative techniques and progress job development in today’s workplace.
