WEAR RESISTANCE OF PARTS OF MACHINE UNITS OPERATING IN A LUBRICATING MEDIUM

The national economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan uses various machines and mechanisms, the vast majority of which are used in agriculture and water economy, industrial, social and road building. Due to the fact that they work in difficult conditions in most cases, it is off-road and difficult environmental conditions, there is an intense contamination of lubricants. For this reason, the wear of parts of units occurs at a high speed, and the number of failures occurring in power transmission units is 43.3 % of the total number of failures, the cost of eliminating failures is 54.3 % of the total cost of repairing machines. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically check the technical condition and Express diagnostics of wear of the components of the units of the above machines and mechanisms during their operation, which allows predicting the occurrence of a malfunction of the units due to wear of their parts. The article presents the results of research aimed at improving the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of parts of tractors and agricultural machines with lubricants from local raw materials obtained by the processing industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
