The industrial revolution has remained in relation to the third industrial revolution. Although the development of the information Technology (IT) today is so fast and rapid, but in this era many institutions and companies have not many who have a system to measure the performance of employees who are accurate and comprehensive, in order to realize prime service according to the vision and strategy of an organization and institution.
