The blessings are the smallest of folklore, its fascination has attracted all nations since ancient times. The blessings, known internationally as genre, are equally important to the Uzbek and English people. In this article, we were familiar with types and themes of English and Uzbek blessings, and then we analyzed thecommonalitiesof the blessings that are subject of our work.
