Abstract

In this paper, we combine the concept of bipolar fuzzy soft set and bipolar fuzzy soft expert set. We introduce the notation of a bipolar fuzzy soft set and study basic definitions. We were also given an algorithm and numerical experiment regarding bipolar fuzzy soft expert sets to solve in decision-making problems.
