Abstract:

The aim of the study is to identify the importance of physical fitness in performance, as well as the effectiveness of pushing the iron ball (weight) as it requires physical specifications and special physical requirements. Therefore, the importance of the research is manifested in identifying the relationship of some fitness elements with the performance of lifting the iron ball (weight) in order to give a precise, scientific and specific indicator to the coach by the proportions of these aspects that are characterized by the aiming student. As for the study problem, the students were facing the difficulty of performing the glide stage for this event, and this is due to a lack of physical fitness, as they are beginners, and the academic achievement of this activity is raw. - The study aimed to identify the relationship between some elements of physical fitness and the effectiveness of pushing the iron ball (weight). - Also, to know the percentage of the contribution of some elements of physical fitness and the effectiveness of pushing the iron ball (weight). - The researcher assumed that there is a statistically significant correlation between some elements of physical fitness and the performance of pushing the iron ball (weight). -There is a variation in the percentage of the contribution of some elements of physical fitness and the effectiveness of pushing the iron ball (weight).
