Abstract:

This article justifies the need to develop and implement legal and ethical standards that are necessary for the implementation of molecular genetic research technologies. The results of such studies are used in forensic science, medicine and other social institutions. The authors of the article analyze socio-ethical aspects the technology of molecular genetic studies forcongenital errors of immunity and the application of relevant standards. Prove that, despite the relevance, the topic is practically not investigated: the technology itself has not been established normatively, which gives rise to various problems and conflicts between doctors and patients. They propose various methods for research due to an interdisciplinary approach based on such sciences as law, sociology and medicine. Justify the significance of the results of the study presented in this article, not only for doctors and parents who have children and seek diagnosis in order to identify primary immunodeficiency and subsequent treatment, but in general for citizens who expect from the state to ensure such constitutional rights as health and safety rendering necessary medical care.
