The formation of creativity of a future teacher based on the humanitarian study of ethnocultural traditions

The profession of a teacher imposes certain principles that must be implemented when transmitting the cultural code and ethnocultural tradition in society in the process of knowledge transfer. In this regard, the profession of a teacher should include not only the ability to transfer knowledge, but also be regulated by ethnic restrictions or ideas about the admissibility of certain knowledge in society. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the need to form the competencies of the future teacher must be clearly defined already in preparation for professional activity. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that the use of pedagogical techniques and best practices should be based on an understanding of the purpose of teaching and rationing of obtaining information about the ethnocultural characteristics of the student. The authors show that future teachers should not only explore ethnocultural traditions, but also form a personal cultural component that they can implement when teaching the program in educational institutions. The creativity of a teacher in this case is understood not only as a desire to provide a variety of teaching methods, but also to expand metacultural ties and the identification of traditional values.
