Abstract

Triangulation papers among researchers in qualitative research are still rarely done by qualitative researchers. This study aims to determine the application of qualitative research ethics with the principles of honesty and egalitarian fellow researchers, as well as knowing the process of triangulation between qualitative researchers. Descriptive research is a qualitative single case study, the researcher gives an overview of how the application of qualitative researcher’s ethics and the process of triangulation between researchers is carried out, as well as the impact of triangulation between researchers whether strengthening the standing position of researchers, educational institutions and research institutions. The results showed qualitative research programs doctoral economics at the Islamic University of Indonesia initially closed themselves together, but due to stagnation eventually they opened up to each other by continuing to carry out research ethics and eventually formed a network of qualitative researchers. Although the research carried out over the four years of this research still has weaknesses, it is recommended that further research focus on the dynamics of triangulation between researchers with different locations and different subjects, with the hope that their research results can always contribute to the development of qualitative researchers.
