Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) is used in this study to obtain the level, relationship as well as effect of mental health towards job performance. The collected data was analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. This study reveals that the level of mental health among academician staffs at FPTP, FPTV and PPB is low while the level of job performance among academician staffs at FPTP, FPTV and PPB is high. In addition, the study also finds a significant negative relationship between mental health, depression, anxiety and stress and job performance.
