SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS TO THE DEVELOPLEMT OF HUMAN RESOURCES QUALITY IN TOURISM OF DONG NAI PROVINCE, VIET NAM

Dong Nai is a province with a fairly large population density with more than 3.1 million people. This is the region with the most developed industry in Vietnam, so every year, it attracts many people from other provinces to live and work.
